Ways To Serve

ECC considers itself a small but deep church that is truly community-based. We welcome you to get involved in a variety of ways. Some of our recurring and upcoming volunteer roles are detailed below.

Questions? Please reach out to Shannon Fletcher, our Engagement Coordinator at volunteer@envisioncommunitychurch.org with how you’d like to engage or with questions.

Spring & Summer 2023 Needs

The needs coming up first and foremost are for Family Ministry, Pride booth staffing, and Chapel Care.

Family Ministry Volunteers

Commitment: One service per quarter.

Description: Join us in creating a safe space of joy and love of God for our littlest ECCers. We ask for a one Sunday per quarter commitment, from 4:45pm through communion. All Family Ministry volunteers must pass a background check annually, and complete Darkness to Light Stewards of Children training online prior to serving with our youth and children. ECC will cover all associated costs of your background check and online training.

ContactNicole Vickey to begin your background check and training.

Pride Booth Volunteers

Commitment: 2 hours on either June 11 or June 30

Description: Join us for an hour or two shift at Boulder and Longmont Pride festivals. You’ll be a friendly face from our community, celebrating Pride and handing out stickers and candy.

Contact: Please email volunteer@envisioncommunitychurch.org to let Shannon know if you are interested in Boulder on June 11th and/or Longmont on June 30th. We will have a schedule in May to sign up for specific shifts.

Chapel Care Volunteers

Commitment: One hour per quarter.

Description: The chapel could use a little extra spiffing up once a quarter. This would include mopping, dusting, and wiping down surfaces for an hour or less after a service one Sunday.

Contact: Please email volunteer@envisioncommunitychurch.org if you would like to assist with helping to keep the chapel sparkly.
